ST MARY'S CHURCH, SEND

We enjoy links with our local church and the Diocese of Guildford.

Our pupils come from within Send and the surrounding area.
The school offers a learning environment with bright, modern facitlites.

A Nursery is on site with its own large play area.

At Send Church of England First School we provide a close link between home and school that involves parents in their children's learning and the life of the school.

Our school is a happy, caring, stimulating and organised place of learning where each child is regarded as an individual.

We promote a love of learning and achievement, a sense of fun and enjoyment and give our pupils a background in which they are happy and confident. In this learning environment they develop qualities of self-discipline, consideration for others and a respect for property.

We encourage awareness of the world around them and a sensitivity to the local environment and community. The children develop their physical skills and share knowledge, standards and values within our Christian ethos.

We aim to challenge and support all children to enable them to achieve their full potential and genuinely support children who may meet an aspect of learning difficulty in their early years. Their education is planned to meet the full requirements of the National Curriculum.
